Project title: Coordinate transformation based metamaterials design and applications using FDTD modeling

Biography

Wenxuan Tang received the B.Sc degree of Electronic Engineering from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 2006, and the M.Sc. degree of Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology from Southeast University in 2009. She is currently working as a candidate for a PhD degree at the Antennas and Electromagnetics Group of Queen Mary University of London, UK. Her main research interests include FDTD-based electromagnetic modelling, metamaterials and their novel applications, and transformation electromagnetics.
