Biography
- I received my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University, U.S.A., in 2003, as well as both my M.A. degree in Mathematics, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, from the same university in 2008.
- During this time I have worked as a graduate research assistant. My research had included the electrical characterisation of materials and complex composites at microwave and terahertz frequencies, the design and fabrication of a number of multilayered devices with LTCC technology, and the design and fabrication of patch antennas miniaturised with metamaterial loading. Other research interests have included PBG and EBG structures, novel electromagnetic materials and applications, and computational electromagnetics.
- I have co-authored a book chapter on material properties and characterisation at millimeterwave and terahertz frequencies, as well as a number of journal and conference papers. I have also been a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory & Techniques, and for Measurement Science & Technology.
