Project title: Electromagnetic Field Interactions with Biological Tissues and Cells

Biography

Zhao Wang received her B.Eng degrees in Department of Electronic and Information Engineering from Xian Jiaotong University, Xian, Shaanxi, China in 2003, and the degree of M.Sc. in School of Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London in 2004. Then she continued her research as a research student to pursue Ph.D. degree in School of Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London from 2004 and obtained the degree of Ph.D in 2009. Her main research interests are in the fields of Bioelectromagnetics, EM computation, Microwave imaging, Microwave cancer treatment,Dielectric antennas and Wideband antennas. (IEEE and IET member since 2004).

Her research scope includes (but not limited to): Bioelectromagnetics, Numerical computation, Dosimetry, Nanoparticles in RF fields, Microwave imaging, Microwave cancer treatment, Short pulse generator, Dielectric antennas, Wideband antennas.
