Technical tips:

If clicking the image links doesn't open the stream:
- Copy-and-paste the URL instead. To do this:
  1. Right-click on the image (or Ctrl-click, on Mac) and select the "Copy Link" or "Copy Address" option.
  2. In your media player application, find a menu option called "Open URL" or "Open Location" or "Open Network" (usually in the File menu) and click on it.
  3. Use the [Control-V] or [Cmd-V] keyboard shortcut to paste the copied address into the dialogue box then press return.
If your media player has problems playing the video (you may only be able to hear the audio):
- Ensure your media player software is updated to the latest version, and try again.
- Try using VLC if you have not already tried it. It is particularly recommended for Linux users but is also useful for Windows/Mac users.
