For cancellations made before 24 August 2007, registration and/or accommodation fees will be refunded as requested, less an administration fee of £50 (GBP 50.00).

No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 24 August 2007, or for author registration which "covers" a paper.

Substitutions can be made at any time before the start of the conference.
