Authors MUST submit camera-ready papers up to 4 A4 pages including figures in 11 pt Times New Roman. The 4-pages paper must be in single-column. Papers must be submitted electronically by 15th October, 2006, via the conference website. The submission must include the name, complete mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address of the author(s).
