IEEE Copyright Form:
For accepted papers, please submit the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form through
the EDAS system. You can go to the label "My papers" after you log
into EDAS system. Click the copyright sign "©"
beside the upload folder icon, then click the Copyright Submission
button and follow the instructions of IEEE Electronic Copyright

Paper preparation: The format for the manuscript must satisfy the
requirements as described in the
PDF file.
PDF conversion: All submissions will be electronic and in a PDF format (*.pdf).
Embedded Type 1 or True Type fonts are required in the submitted
PDF file as subset fonts. Type 3 fonts (bitmaps) will not be
accepted.
Paper submission: Authors MUST submit their papers
electronically using EDAS.
The submission process involves the following three steps:

Step one: Creation of a personal account on
EDAS (if the author does not
already have one)

Step Two: Registration of the paper (requiring a
title and short abstract of up to 150 words) Note: Be certain to
provide information for all authors including affiliation and
country when you register the manuscript. Otherwise, the author
listing will be incomplete in all web and print listings of the
technical program.

Step Three: Upload of the paper. Only in PDF
format. No more than 4 pages for review. The maximum length of
final manuscript is 4 pages. There will be an over-length fee of
£100 per page.
